The Bowline can be used to create a fixed loop at the end of a rope. It’s easy to tie and easy to remember with the phrase, “The Rabbit comes out of the hole, goes around the tree, and back in the hole.” It’s great for snares, rescue lines, or any applications that require a secure fixed loop.
